No! Project Central works within Revit, meaning you can access the valuable data directly from the platform while you work.

If something catches my eye while using Guardian Backstage™, can I take a screenshot?

Yes! The ability to easily take and share before-and-after screenshots is built into the platform. You also can disable this function if you wish.

How does Guardian store and safeguard all this data?

Rest assured, we take data security seriously. We host databases across the globe, and we are compliant with several data privacy standards, including ISO 19650.

If I’m in Project Central and see something concerning that an end-user is doing (or not doing), what are my options?

From Project Central, you can access our Messages function to send a note directly to the project team or the firm, directly through Revit. You can also adjust the protection mode and customized messages on User Commands to guide users to follow your firm's Revit standards.
