Our onboarding is simple, structured, and tailored to your needs. During your trial, we will work with you to understand your workflows, challenges, and how Guardian fits best.

Onboarding begins with a strategy call to establish goals and create a custom implementation plan. Over the next few weeks, our Client Success team will guide you through the technical setup with scheduled calls to support your rollout.

Roll out of Guardian at HDR

HDR is a large architecture and engineering firm with more than 200 locations across the globe. Their goal was to improve the consistency of their standards and quality of their Revit models. HDR partnered with Guardian to successfully deploy the Revit add-in to over 1,600 designers.

What to Expect Each Week

Week One

The first week of onboarding lays the groundwork for successful deployment. We will discuss your goals, talk about a deployment strategy, and what to expect over the next few weeks.

Week Two

In week two, we will explore Guardian’s settings more closely, customizing them to deliver quick wins and immediate value for your team. We’ll discuss features such as Sync Traffic Control, delete protections, viewport selection, and more.

Week Three

In week three, our priority is calculated approaches specific to your firm. We’ll review data that Guardian has collected over the past couple of weeks and fine-tune additional Guardian features, such as adding pin protections and setting the default command frequency.

Week Four

In the final week of onboarding, we focus on Guardian’s most advanced features for standards automation, such as mapping configurations and Guardian Sync Properties.
