Command Message Style Guide: A word document that provides a starting point for firms to customize their Guardian Command Messages. For each Guardian Custom Interaction and User Command, a suggested Guide or Prevent protection mode Command Message is provided.
Command Message Planning Template: An editable spreadsheet that helps you organize your Command Message strategy. It allows you to keep track of the User Commands and Custom Interaction settings such as protection mode, frequency, notificaiton settings, comment requirements, and messages.
